JRClub Membership Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Membership to JRClub is only open to legal U.S. residents who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration., You can purchase a membership for an annual fee of $119.88, billed monthly at $9.99. Membership grants access to exclusive pricing on a curated selection of cigar products, offered at cost-plus pricing—the lowest available in the market. Membership may be subject to additional eligibility requirements and other restrictions. Where Program elements are prohibited, they are void and unavailable. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.

Membership purchase constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and JRClub’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program.

2. Membership Term and Termination

Membership to JRClub is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. Memberships automatically renew each year. Members can cancel at any time via their JRClub account settings or by contacting customer support at customerservice@jrcblub.com. JRClub reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member found, in our sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Program; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Program. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party, or like methods to participate in the Program will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and will result in the individual utilizing the same to be ineligible to participate in the Program.

3. Billing and Payment

The annual membership fee is charged in monthly installments of $9.99. Payment is due on the same day each month and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

If a member is not satisfied with the program, they may cancel at any time and request a prorated refund, minus the value of days used. Refunds will be calculated based on the number of days the membership was active and will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Return Policy

JRClub offers a no-questions-asked return policy on all products purchased through the club.All returns must be made by mail within 30 days of the purchase. Products must be returned in original condition unless otherwise stated.

6. Member-Only Access

Only active members may access and purchase products from JRClub. Sharing membership access with non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership.

7. General Conditions

By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms applicable to your use of any of JRClub’s websites and mobile app(s), including but not limited to the terms and conditions for JRClub.com related to arbitration of disputes and limitation of liability.

If, for any reason, the Program is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Program is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of JRClub, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of JRClub (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), JRClub reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Program and/or proceed with the Program, without any further obligation. If JRClub, in its discretion, elects to alter this Program as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on JRClub.com.

Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Program, including the rewards, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Changes to Terms

JRClub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review the posted Terms and Conditions. Each time you sign in to or otherwise use JRClub, you are entering into a new agreement with us on the then applicable Terms and Conditions and you agree that we may notify you of new terms by posting them on JRClub.com (or in any other reasonable manner of notice which we elect). Your use of the membership after such notice constitutes your going forward agreement to the new Terms for your new use and transactions.

9. Privacy and Data Use

By becoming a member, you acknowledge your consent to the use of your personal information as explained in the JRClub Privacy Policy The information provided by members in connection with membership to JRClub may be used for our internal purposes and to send information to members through mail or email about our products. By becoming a member, participants agree to be added to JRClub’s mailing distribution list. Members may subsequently opt-out by calling, toll-free, 888-442-8262, or by visiting www.JRClub.com.
