Refund policy

JR Club Return Policy

Effective December 18, 2025

We strive to deliver premium cigars and accessories in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Each order is carefully checked for quality and accuracy through multiple inspections by our shipping team. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the day you receive your package to contact us to initiate the return process. You then have 30 days from the date you initiated your return process to ship the order back to us. Just reach out to our Customer Service team at returns@jrclub.com or 888-442-8262, and they’ll walk you through our simple return process. Please note that once we receive your return, it may take 3 to 10 business days to complete processing. See below for details.  JR Club reserves the right to amend this return policy without notice.

Cigar Boxes, Bundles and Tins

  • All returns must be pre-authorized via email at returns@jrclub.com or via Customer Service at 888-442-8262
  • Cigars returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund, if eligible
  • If the cigar box, bundle, or full tin unit is unopened and visibly damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at returns@jrclub.com or via customer service at 888-442-8262 for pre-authorization.  A delay in notification may preclude your return. Photo evidence is required for all cigars that are damaged upon receipt.
  • New, unopened cigar boxes, bundles or full tin units may be eligible for a full refund excluding shipping charges. A full refund will be issued if only one cigar has been smoked or cut. We will pro-rate the refund/credit if more than 1 cigar has been smoked or cut.
  • Cigars that have been cut or smoked are NOT eligible for a refund

 

Cigar Samplers

  • Cigar Samplers are final sale and cannot be returned

 

Cigar Accessories and Other Merchandise

  • All returns must be pre-authorized via email at returns@jrclub.com or via Customer Service at 888-442-8262
  • Merchandise returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund, if eligible
  • New, unopened cigar accessories may be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping charges
  • Humidors that have been seasoned are not eligible for return
  • The manufacturers of Lotus® and Vertigo® accessories provide a lifetime guarantee. Contact us at returns@jrclub.com or 888-442-8262 to arrange return or replacement. Lotus and Vertigo are registered trademarks of David JR, LLC.

 

JR Club Membership

  • JR Club membership is billed monthly and may be cancelled only via email at returns@jrclub.com or via customer service at 888-442-8262.
  • A membership cancellation will be effective upon the next billing cycle. The membership will be active and useable through the end of the current billing cycle at the time of cancellation.
